How to adjust window layout in Womble MPEG Video Wizard DVD?

Run MPEG Video Wizard DVD, the screenshot is as below.
The layout is the way component windows are arranged and displayed on your computer screen. According to the nature of the editing work, you can adjust the layout as you want.
To select a pre-defined layout, click the "Layout" button on "Toolbar" and select from the drop down menu which lists a set of pre-defined, most commonly used layout.
You can also set your own layout. To do so, select "Unbind Windows" from the layout menu then you can resize / move / close any one of the component windows. To re-open a closed component window, just click the corresponding button on the toolbar.
